Víctor Fernández de Manzanos Roldán is an international entrepreneur and investor and the CEO of Manzanos Enterprises, a family-owned investment and operating group with business activities across multiple sectors.

Coming from a family business with roots dating back to 1890, Víctor assumed the leadership of the group in 2010. At that time, the company had a turnover of approximately €350,000 and a small team. Under his leadership, the group underwent a deep strategic transformation, evolving from a traditional business into a diversified international group, generating more than $1 billion in cumulative sales over the past fifteen years.

One of the key milestones in his career was the transformation and international expansion of Manzanos Wines Group (10 wineries in the main wine areas in Rioja). Under his leadership, production grew from 8,000 cases per year to nearly 900,000 cases by 2024, with distribution in more than 70 countries and over 600 international awards.

Throughout his career, Víctor has led the creation, acquisition, growth, and development of companies across multiple sectors, including wine, entertainment, international trade, distribution, hospitality, real estate, and new business ventures, following a business model based on active management, growth, and long-term value creation.

Today, he leads Manzanos Enterprises as an investment and operating platform focused on building, growing, and investing in companies and real assets, with a strong focus on international expansion and new investment opportunities, particularly in the United States.

Víctor holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Navarra and furthered his education at the London School of Economics, strengthening his international financial and business perspective.

His business vision is based on long-term value creation, diversification, active ownership, and the development of businesses with strong growth potential and positive economic and social impact.

Laura Mateo Cuadrado is a business leader in business growth, acquisitions, and expansion across multiple industries within Manzanos Enterprises, a family-owned investment and operating group.

Throughout her career, she has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, scaling, and sale of multiple companies, playing a key role in strategic decision-making, business transformation, and revenue growth across sectors such as wine, automotive, hospitality, nautical, events, and real estate.

She has led international expansion processes, participated actively in M&A operations, and managed commercial strategy and sales development in both national and international markets, contributing to the growth and positioning of the group's companies and brands. Several of these projects were later successfully sold after significant growth and value creation.

Her professional expertise focuses on business growth, internationalization, brand positioning, sales strategy, and business transformation, particularly in consumer businesses and regulated sectors where brand, distribution, and market positioning are critical.

Laura has an international academic background. She studied Translation and Interpreting at the University of Granada, continued her studies at the University of Westminster in London, and later completed an Executive MBA at ICADE Business School.

She is a member of the Board of the US–Spain Chamber of Commerce and participates actively in international business environments connected to investment, entrepreneurship, and international expansion between Europe and the United States.

She was recognized among the Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain in 2025 and 2026 by Magas (El Español), in recognition of her professional career, leadership, and international business projection.

At Manzanos Enterprises, she continues to lead projects linked to investment, business development, and real estate, focusing on long-term value creation, sustainable growth, and the development of new business opportunities.
